SCHEDULE A
- Arrangement of a 8 nights 9 days educational excursion tour for Shillong, (Meghalaya) for Eighty three (83) ±5 students, Five (5) teacher and two (2) non teaching staff.
- Arrangement of renowned secured hotel.
- Provide a list of schools and colleges conducted educational tour by the travel agent.
- Providing food, lodging and point private transportation for the entire tour, field work and sightseeing as required.
- Supply Mouza map or ward map and local census data.
- Arrangement of concessional railway tickets of sleeper class (necessary documents will be provide by the college) for onward and return journey.
